The force is strong in these ones.
My little Charley and his Dad are sure to recreate this look in years to come.

Maiike Soft Things - Concept Store.

I am so happy to see the lovely Aly from Maiike has created a new home for her Soft Things. The very first Maiike Store has opened its doors at 54 Church Street Hawthorn, Melbourne. Her pieces are just beautiful and having worked with Aly in her studio, I can assure you each piece is handmade with lots of love. I am so excited for Maiike, and am certain that you too will fall in love with her lovely shop and it's goodies.

Little Shop Of Handmade - Carnegie

Bec is a lovely lady and so is her aptly titled shop and label Little Shop of Handmade. I have spoken about the store once before, but thought it deserved another mention. The store may be small, but who needs department store space when you can enjoy every corner and every display in this wee shop. You may even spot some of our Odds&Ends amongst the carefully chosen treasures. The nicest thing about the store is all products are handmade and all under $50!

Mr Moustasche

My man Ben can grow a hefty moustache. Thankfully he has kindly spared me and my delicate face from experiencing this wonder. However as many wives and girlfriends know we are in the throws of a moustache revival. Here is my ode to the Mo.

Down to the woods

Whist out for a stroll this morning I stopped by my local cafe Spoonful and Teaspoon (the take away side). It is one of the better cups of coffee available in Prahran and always a pleasure to have a look-see around the stores cute collection of products and gourmet tasty treats. I was totally taken by the cutest toadstool lamp in the window, sadly it was sold, so I walked away happy with my coffee but sad I could not take the light home.

But, it must be fate because tonight I totally, randomly, stumbled across the maker Down To The Woods. Have a look at their range here.

New Pieces - Odds&Ends.

Renee and I had a busy working bee recently and have made some super cute new pieces for our Odds&Ends. I've listed most of them on Etsy, I hope you all enjoy them.

upcycled softies, crafted from recycled materials (filled with new wadding)
Mini Mouse or Bears, not sure which one I will call them. Either way they are pretty cute and perfect for little hands.
